On March 15, 2026, the day of the grand exam was a quality for many enterprises, and for us there was another level of special meaning — the first anniversary of the first anniversary of the birth of DECNO.

Since the birth of the first SPC floor on March 15, 2025, a breakthrough of $60 million has been achieved in the first year of DECNO. Behind this high rate of growth, instead of sacrificing any quality for speed, we have broken down the concept of “client first” values into a specific process of protecting the interests of customers on the production line.
Innovative production processes to solve customer problems
In 2025, the DECCO production research and development team was in the process of insinuating market demand and achieving a major breakthrough in the high-light wall production process. Through the in-depth application of material science, the microdust control challenge of high-light surfaces was successfully addressed. This is not only an advanced process, but also a defence of the “visual rights” of the client. The optimization of surface performance has made the beauty of light less vulnerable and resistant to abrasive growth, which has extended the aesthetic life cycle of the product.

In addition to this, we have achieved a systematic upgrading of the SPC floor stitching process, based on material innovation and standardization, so that the seams are no longer visual fragmentation but a natural extension of space. More crucially, this upgrade has enhanced the ability to protect against seepage and has effectively prevented the erosion of water and stains to the floor floor. A solid protection barrier, built under a seam that consumers do not see, extends not only the useful life of the floor, but also the comfort of the customer in the experience of a better home.

Full Process Quality Conservative Quality Home
In the case of DECNO, `whole process quality control' is not a single-point control at one point, but a systematic quality management system that covers the entire life cycle of the product and cuts across the elements of the `human material loop'. The qualitative control concept of “preventive, process-controlled, data-driven” moves quality management from the traditional end-of-pipe test to the production source and process, and creates a multi-dimensional quality assurance network.

At the heart of the system lies the twin-wheel drive of “standardization” and “smartization”. From raw material matching to crowding out, from UV coating to tattering, uniform quality control standards are applied for each process, and visualization and traceability of the production process is achieved through co-operation between the QA and the online monitoring equipment.

At the same time, a series of tests carried out in laboratories on the performance of raw materials and products — whiteness, water content, base density, locking pull, hardness and shaving resistance — provide full quality control of products. This detection capability, which “pre-positions the use of the scene”, provides data support for the durability and safety of the product and avoids potential long-term use risks for the client.

More strategic is the full implementation of the digitized system for qualitative review reports. The system focuses on three core scenarios: online filling, track traceability, and data aggregation, providing a decision-making basis for process optimization and quality early warning through data deposition - from passive testing to active prevention and from empirical judgement to data-driven.

It is the whole-process quality control system that runs through the Raw Material Entry-Process Control-Extreme Testing-Retroactive Data System, which constitutes a solid base for the positive implementation of the customer first value of DECNO.
Digital intellectual equipment guaranteed product delivery
In the context of commercial cooperation, the interests of the client are reflected not only in the product itself, but also in the ability to perform “to receive a qualified product on time”. Delays in delivery and loss of transportation ultimately translate into economic loss and time costs for clients. During the past year, it has been decided that DECNO will continue to evolve in the form of a number of intellectual devices, bringing production efficiency to a new level and establishing a firm guarantee of “on time delivery”.

The introduction of a digitized cut-off system, which allows the wall to be cut for long periods, leaves artificial error, and each plate is of a precise size; Soft assembly units address the de-skinting problem of the cushioning panel, protecting the integrity of the material in a soft operation. The formal operation of the fully automated packaging line increases efficiency and reliability at the end of production to a completely new dimension. Intelligent sensor system real-time sensor product specifications, flexible capture and precise placement from the arm to the arm, and the MES system to move the entire process in an integrated manner — from the paste to the tort — without manual intervention. This means not only a leap in capacity but also an upgrade in protection resulting from the standardization of packaging.

In August 2025, the full implementation of the blue needle system resulted in a qualitative leap in the quantitative intellectual level of DECNO. The system is vertically linked to the entire chain of procurement, production and storage, allowing data at each link to be online and traceable in real time. This chain-wide transparency and traceability has resulted in a double increase in production efficiency and delivery reliability — in an uncertain market environment, where certainty of delivery is the most valuable commitment, and in which DECNO is translating commitments into reality in a step-by-step way, with a measure of intellectual capacity.

Service value extension optimizes client experience
If products and delivery are the expression of hard power, then services are the extension of soft power. DECNO is raising the meaning of “client first” from the level of transactions to that of emotional resonance, so that distant clients feel not only the professional but also cultural respect and understanding of business partners.
Over the past year, we have introduced a culturally inclusive reception process. The reception team no longer merely provides standardized lectures, but conducts an in-depth study of cultural practices, business rituals and even taboo preferences in the country of origin prior to client visits. From customized and exclusive welcome gifts to the preparation of culturally appropriate tea breaks, each detail conveys silently the respect of the client.

At the end of the service chain, the standardization of container processes and the introduction of a list of value-added services translates intangible respect into tangible security. There are clear guidelines on how each cargo is placed, fixed and marked; The list of value-added services, which “exceeded” additional services — such as the provision of spare parts free of charge, assistance in the processing of export documents, and the provision of installation video — appear to be small, but constitute a warm contact point in the client's experience. These overvalued services have resulted in a significant reduction in cargo risk, emotional satisfaction of the client ' s unexpected surprises and, above all, the continued accumulation of long-term cooperative trust.

1st anniversary, new start.
At the point of the first anniversary of the birth of the board, looking back over 300 days and nights, a quality upgrading trajectory with a “customer's rights” center is being developed, with a process innovation, full-process quality control, scalable devices and service value extension.

This year's solid march was not only a growth mark of a factory, but also a vivid note to the mission of DECNO Group. From new building materials to household cleaning, DECNO Group has always placed its clients first, integrating consumer protection into the business development web. Because we know that each floor is not just a room, but a daily life for millions of families; Every clean product carries more than cleanliness, but also a desire for a better life.

“Living for the happiness of hundreds of millions of families around the world” — a constant beginning that runs through every process, every test, every delivery. The protection of consumer rights lies not in the expression of 315 days, but in a solid 365 days of effort. The DECNO Group will always be client-centred, with each piece carrying a product of trust and expectation, moving from a production line to a global household, laying a solid foundation for a better life.
